What You'll Do
Dive into existing code and architecture to understand the legacy before making changes. Actively participate in code reviews, design sessions, and daily technical decisions. Diagnose bottlenecks, technical debts, and architectural risks with a seasoned perspective. Serve as a technical reference for the team, not just a meeting manager.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in system architecture (cloud, microservices, APIs, integration). 3+ years leading technical teams with a hands-on presence, not just remote management. Practical experience with observability, SRE, and DevOps practices. Real knowledge of containers, cloud-native, and CI/CD pipelines.
