Assist customers by providing information related to car rentals, negotiating rates and additional services as needed. Verify customer profiles for rental approvals and ensure contracts meet customer needs and business profitability.

Valid driver's license (CNH category B). Completed high school education. Previous experience in customer service. Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
