QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The role involves conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and leadership positions, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and managers. The person will also be key in reviewing recruitment processes for these profiles, focusing on attraction strategies and continuous improvement based on data.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably with roles in operations teams, and possess a Data Driven profile to optimize processes. Intermediate Spanish and English proficiency, strong communication skills, and adaptability to dynamic environments are also required.
