Manage and develop strategic agreements with operators, cooperatives, distributors, and public entities to expand Claro's infrastructure and connectivity. Negotiate and draft agreements for access to passive infrastructure for telecommunications networks. Identify growth opportunities for telecommunications network expansion through strategic alliances.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Experience in negotiation, business development, institutional affairs, or infrastructure management. Knowledge of contractual processes and commercial agreement management. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and experience in telecommunications or passive infrastructure.
