POSITION: Senior YouTube Video Editor (Long-Form & Educational)
Location: Remote | Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (Flexible execution with mandatory overlap during Mountain Standard Time (MST) | Compensation: 2000 - 2500 USD/month | Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
• Proficiency in industry-standard NLEs: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• 3+ years of professional experience editing long-form YouTube, educational, or talking-head content (proven portfolio required).
• Hands-on experience in spoken-word audio cleaning and basic color grading.
• Strong understanding of viewer retention, narrative pacing, and YouTube visual logic.
• Clear written English and comfort with async communication as well as participating in MST team syncs.
