What You'll Do
Manage the business unit (Store or PAB), ensuring actions are directed towards commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure. Drive team results and career development through training and capacity building. Supervise and attend to customers visiting the store, ensuring an excellent experience. Manage NPS and daily sales needs, implementing improvement actions when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Certification CPA 10 – ANBIMA is valued (CPA20 or CEA preferred). Bachelor's degree required (postgraduate preferred). Experience in Relationship Manager positions for individuals or businesses. Experience in people management is essential.
