Collaborate with CRM, product, and performance teams to generate insights and propose CRM actions to maximize value and results. Improve performance indicators and efficiency of campaigns. Strengthen intelligent customer relationship vision and deliver analyses that contribute to ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

Solid experience in data analysis and CRM. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and treatment. Competence in Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis. Ability in PowerPoint for strategic presentation creation. Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI. Experience in integration with product, marketing, and channel areas. Degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Economics.
