Credit & Collections Specialist
SyscoCore Responsibilities
This role manages and collects accounts receivable for a B2B customer portfolio, monitors aging, enforces credit terms using ERP systems, and evaluates customer creditworthiness. Responsibilities also include placing accounts on hold, escalating collections when necessary, and collaborating with Sales to resolve past-due balances.
Requirements
Candidates must have an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of experience in B2B credit, collections, or accounts receivable. Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required, along with experience using ERP systems like SAP.
