The Chief People Officer will lead the development of people systems and strategies necessary for the company's growth, partnering with leadership to establish talent systems for attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing workforce. Key duties include designing implementation plans for talent attraction, onboarding, retention, organizational design, performance frameworks, and workforce reporting.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in People Operations or HR leadership, ideally within a fast-growing setting, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Essential qualifications include proven ability to build scalable talent systems, experience with distributed teams, a passion for people development, and strong data analysis skills.
