HR Partner, Data Center Operations Site, AWS Builder Experience Team, Builder Experience (BeXT)

Collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders and HRBPs to implement HR strategies across talent management and employee relations. Monitor Builder sentiment trends and provide updates to site leadership. Engage with Builders through weekly walks and address their concerns. Consult and coach site leadership in decision-making with empathy.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local labor law and experience supporting hourly employee client groups. Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
