Lead and develop the investment advisory team in Porto Alegre. Monitor performance indicators to ensure commercial and quality results are met. Support the team in client relationship management and business opportunity identification. Conduct client visits alongside advisors and promote knowledge dissemination within the team.

Active CEA certification is mandatory; CFP certification is a plus. Must have experience leading investment advisory teams. Strong commercial profile with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Availability for 100% on-site work.
