Prepare technical files for apartment customizations, including measurements, budgets, and additional deductive items. Review and coordinate modifications in architecture, structures, and installations according to the assigned specialty. Monitor the execution of customizations on-site, ensuring compliance.
What We're Looking For
Graduates or bachelor's degree holders in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Office or related functions in construction projects, preferably 2 years. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project.
