What You'll Do

POSITION: Remote Paralegal — Litigation & Discovery

Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) | Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (or substantial overlap with Eastern Time) | Compensation: 2000 USD/month | Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience supporting U.S. civil litigation.
• Hands-on experience with discovery drafting and responses.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Excellent written English skills suitable for legal drafting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. civil procedure and discovery processes.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Reliable high-speed internet, secure dedicated computer, and quiet workspace.
• Ability to work with significant overlap in U.S. Eastern Time.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Plaintiff-side personal injury or wrongful death experience.
• Experience with Georgia civil litigation, Georgia Civil Practice Act, or state court systems.
• Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and CM/ECF.
• Paralegal certificate or law degree (any jurisdiction).
• Experience with legal case management or document review platforms.
