The role is responsible for the physical validation, secure storage, classification, digitization, and inventory control of files within client facilities in the north-central area of Mexico City. This includes ensuring the physical handling and retrieval of files, moving boxes, and executing data processing stages like purging, validation, digitization, and data capture.
Requirements
Candidates should possess at least six months of desirable experience in file management or database system operation, along with a high school level of education. Required qualifications include recent fast data entry skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Windows), and six months of experience with physical work involving moving boxes, coupled with a results-oriented and safety-focused attitude.
