Conversions Operations Specialist

The Conversions Operations Specialist will review and record cash and in-kind asset transfers, work with sub-custodians to settle trades, and coordinate with various teams to transition plans onto the client’s platform. They will also maintain client data within CRM systems and support the creation of operating procedures.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a good understanding of mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs, along with strong numerical aptitude for reconciliations. They should be proactive, analytical, and able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
