Structure and optimize data in the area to improve the agility of information generation. Transform data into practical insights to assist in decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet user needs. Develop process automations using ETL tools. Contribute to the structuring of Salesforce data to meet short and long-term goals.
Requirements
Familiarity with generative AI tools. Previous experience as a MIS, Data Analyst, or BI. Knowledge of Genesys and Salesforce. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and database management. Skills in process automation (ETL).
