Welcome and assist clients throughout their stay at the unit, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience. Manage client relationships and promote events that strengthen connections and business opportunities. Act as a liaison between clients and the unit team, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of requests.

Bachelor's degree required. Ability to anticipate client needs and act with agility, ethics, and empathy. Experience in client relationship management with sophisticated clients is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in premium environments. CPA or C-Pro R certification is required.
