The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives spanning marketing, engagement surveys, technology, and transformation to support the Multinational Benefits & Mobility (MBM) practice growth objectives. This involves establishing reporting frameworks, leveraging cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient project execution to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 7 to 10 years of experience managing cross-country, cross-functional projects, particularly in marketing, sales, and business growth, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and advanced English proficiency. Desirable qualifications include experience in HR, Insurance, or Employee Benefits within multinational settings and advanced French proficiency.
