What You'll Do

Prepare briquettes and samples for analysis using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR), and infrared spectroscopy (IR). Conduct qualitative and quantitative characterization of minerals from various sampling sources using optical microscopy and other analytical techniques. Maintain and perform routine preventive maintenance on X-ray diffraction equipment.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, Geology, Physics, or related fields. Minimum of three years of experience as an X-ray diffraction analyst in the cement or mining industry. Proficient in using DIFFRAC.EVA and DIFFRAC.TOPAS software for mineral identification and quantification.
