Core Responsibilities

This role involves remotely assisting customers via live video connection at company locations, guiding them, answering questions, and resolving service requests for both new and existing customers. Responsibilities include helping new customers select products, explaining plans, assisting with sign-ups, and supporting existing customers with account issues and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

Candidates must be native or fluent in Spanish and fluent in English (C1-C2 level), possessing over two years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles. Essential requirements include comfort working on camera for live video assistance, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools.
