Product Lead, Collections (Líder de Producto, Cobranza)

Own the strategy, execution, and business outcomes for the Collections squad. Partner with senior software engineers and other teams to drive the end-to-end collection lifecycle and manage delinquent portfolio tools. Design and iterate on collections workflows and automate manual tasks to optimize internal operational tooling.

5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a credit, collections, or risk-adjacent product within a fintech, bank, or lending company. Hands-on technical fluency with web architecture concepts and comfortable using GitHub workflows. Strong data literacy with experience writing SQL and conducting cohort analysis.
