Core Responsibilities

The role involves handling all pre-sale and post-sale operations for consigned loans, from contracting to contract settlement, including attending to and accurately registering client demands related to consigned loans. Key tasks include understanding client needs to propose effective solutions, monitoring internal processes, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and client satisfaction metrics like NPS.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields. Required experience includes customer service, preferably in Consigned Loans, Reclame Aqui, and/or regulatory channels, along with strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, analytical, organization, and results-focus skills.
