Sales Development Representative (LATAM)

The Sales Development Representative will research, prospect via calls and emails, and qualify leads to build pipeline for Sales Representatives, while also responding to inbound inquiries and providing initial product demonstrations. This role involves proactive cold outreach to potential new customers to identify key needs and generate qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in lead generation or inside sales, with proven success in engaging prospects via email and phone to secure qualified meetings. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with sales platforms like Salesloft or Outreach.io are required, alongside excellent communication and empathy skills.
