Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing, developing, and growing key Retail accounts by acting as a strategic consultant, utilizing data to identify opportunities and optimize results for sustainable growth. Daily tasks include analyzing account performance, leading weekly partner meetings, detecting growth opportunities via data, negotiating growth levers, and leading cross-functional projects.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a strong analytical and data-driven profile, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and intermediate-to-advanced English; SQL knowledge is a plus. Essential soft skills include impeccable communication, empathy, negotiation ability, a solution-oriented mindset, high autonomy, proactivity, and a continuous learning mentality.
