Monitor KPIs of Service Centers H&B, managing routines and action plans with leadership to correct indicator deviations. Support the opening of new H&B units by validating layouts, flows, and equipment from setup to post Go-Live. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Agile, and data to optimize flows, reduce damages, and increase operational productivity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or Logistics with solid experience in continuous improvement in logistics operations, service centers, or fulfillment. Experience in mapping, diagnostics, and solutions in complex environments, with mastery of Lean VSM, A3, PDCA, 5S, DMAIC, and Gemba Walks. Analytical skills to generate operational insights and support decisions, with desirable knowledge in SQL, Data Studio, and AI tools.
