Govern strategic, tactical, and operational capacity plans, aligning central/local operations and planning in capacity, people, and productivity. Optimize capacity, reduce cancellations, and increase fleet usage and operational efficiency. Diagnose static capacity by reviewing layout, schedules, equipment, and occupancy to reduce bottlenecks.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience in capacity planning, team/fleet sizing, process improvement (VSM), and quality (DMAIC); Green/Black Belt preferred. Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and SQL; experience with LMS, WMS, or planning systems.
