Gerente Cross Dock - Mercado Envíos

Lead, coordinate, and optimize the operations of the Cross Docking center, ensuring the continuous flow of goods from reception to consolidation and dispatch in the shortest time possible. Maximize operational efficiency, ensure inventory accuracy in transit, and oversee compliance with delivery SLAs. Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and design action plans in collaboration with local operations to address deviations from established objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles in distribution centers, cross dock, or transportation/courier companies. Advanced knowledge of WMS (SAP EWM, Manhattan, RedPrairie) and TMS, as well as continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
