CRA / Sr. CRA

Monitors investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach, applying root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance. Conducts monitoring tasks according to the approved monitoring plan and participates in investigator meetings as necessary. Ensures that required essential documents are complete and provides trial status tracking to the Clinical Team Manager.

Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field. Previous experience as a clinical research monitor, ideally with international monitoring experience. Must be able to travel frequently, generally 60-80%, including international travel.
