Prepare tax opinions, memoranda, and consultations to support business areas. Monitor judicial and administrative tax processes, updating information and controls in the eLaw system. Prepare procedural and executive reports for leadership and business areas. Conduct consultations, protocols, and follow up on demands in tax administration portals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law with active OAB registration. Experience in Consultative and Contested Tax Law. Knowledge of e-CAC (Federal Revenue), Regularize (PGFN), and municipal tax administration systems. Advanced or fluent English is desirable.
