Core Responsibilities

Administer benefits provided to employees, ensuring timely payment and maintaining records. Respond to daily inquiries, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Assist with other departmental processes as needed, and maintain compliance with legislation and collective agreements.

Requirements

Experience with employee benefits management processes. Basic knowledge of data and/or programming (Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.). Ongoing or completed degree in HR, Accounting, or Information Technology. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders.
