Monitor the performance of logistics partners operating in Mercado Envíos by developing and tracking key performance indicators. Define the performance strategy for logistics providers in collaboration with the Capacity team. Coordinate and participate in follow-up meetings with logistics providers to identify deviations from targets and collaborate on improvement plans.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related fields. 2 years of proven experience with logistics providers, performance management, or transportation areas; experience in last-mile logistics is desirable. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
