Act as a link between customer experience on board and the execution of aircraft modernization projects, focusing on product and brand. Participate in the selection of seats, colors, materials, lighting, and internal visual communication. Collaborate with Engineering, CX, Operations, and Brand areas to ensure the planned experience is implemented.

Bachelor's degree required. Desired knowledge in aviation products and onboard experience. Familiarity with KPIs and strong negotiation skills to foster interdepartmental collaboration.
