Recruiting Onboarding Delivery Associate

Facilitate talent acquisition by attracting high-quality candidates and streamlining their onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers to resolve onboarding questions and issues. Manage and track pre-hire contingencies and onboarding tasks to ensure compliance and timely completion.

High school diploma or equivalent. Hands-on experience using Workday to support recruitment and onboarding activities. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Power Apps. English and Spanish fluency.
