The Senior Specialist will plan, build, and optimize Paid Search and Shopping programs to drive efficient client growth by executing high-quality campaign management and translating performance data into clear actions. Responsibilities include applying automation and proprietary insights to reduce waste, setting directional KPIs, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

Candidates need 4–5 years of experience executing Paid Search/Shopping with end-to-end ownership, managing monthly budgets of $75K or more, and fluency in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360 or Skai. Proficiency in analytics tools like GA/GA4 and advanced Excel/Sheets, along with clear client-facing communication skills, is also required.
