What You'll Do
Lead technical discussions and guide the implementation to elevate the engineering standards of the team. Review pull requests focusing on risk, quality, and maintainability while training the team to reduce dependency on you. Map technical gaps within the team and execute a practical evolution plan through mentoring and learning routines.
What We're Looking For
AI Native profile with daily use of AI assistants and skills applied to code, testing, and documentation. Experience in Software Architecture with a background in software development, either backend, frontend, or data. Proficiency in Java 17+ with Spring Framework and microservices architecture.
