Supervise the development, approval, and communication of work programs for operational areas, ensuring compliance with maintenance processes. Lead collaboration efforts with Maintenance and Production Superintendents to align work programs. Guide the execution of work programs and oversee the implementation of maintenance improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering related to maintenance areas. Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance planning and execution, including fault diagnosis and repair methods. At least 5 years in similar Superintendent roles, with experience in managing mining equipment maintenance.
