What You'll Do
Act directly in the processes of Transition of Projects and Products for Support, Change Management, and Release Management. Ensure integration and support of these processes with other ITIL processes. Identify, correlate, and analyze complex data using technology process data to generate insights for results presentation and improvement proposals.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies (DevSecOps, Agile, LEAN, Waterfall) and ITIL, COBIT, and XLA.
