Core Responsibilities

The Learning Services Analyst is responsible for end-to-end management of training and learning operations, overseeing everything from platform administration to flawless program execution. This includes leading the full lifecycle of learning programs and campaigns, from design through deployment and reporting.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, along with experience in large corporations within HR or related areas. Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is required, alongside strong program management skills and knowledge of LMS, agile methodology, and data analysis.
