PREMISES & SERVICES ANALYST I (Analista Gestion de espacios)

Collect and consolidate operational information about space usage and occupancy models to provide inputs for analysis and identification of improvement solutions. Process and organize real estate portfolio data to support the development of the bank's footprint optimization strategy. Maintain the real estate database to ensure consistency, quality, and traceability of information.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. 3 years of experience in similar positions, including experience in construction processes and space implementation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Power BI, and KPI management.
