Director of Growth Analytics

This role involves owning the growth measurement foundation, ensuring tracking and attribution integrity across various platforms, and leading the roadmap for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing. The director will also build a centralized source of truth for data inputs across acquisition, e-commerce, retention, and finance, delivering full-funnel visibility.
Requirements
Candidates must have 7 to 10+ years in growth or marketing analytics, preferably in high-velocity DTC environments, with proven experience owning the end-to-end growth measurement function. Strong expertise in paid media analytics, operationalizing MMM/incrementality testing, and deep knowledge of tracking systems like GA4 and attribution models are essential.
