Desarrollador/a de Agentes de Seguros

Develop and train new insurance agents through field accompaniment, providing coaching on the sales process in both classroom and field settings. Ensure agents meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through ongoing support and training. Provide individual feedback to agents after each field accompaniment to reinforce sales methodology and improve product placement performance.

Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or finance preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial area, preferably with a license as an insurance agent. Basic knowledge of individual life insurance and intermediate proficiency in Office software.
