What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Develop and manage the controllership team, setting clear priorities and career plans. Collaborate with external auditors and support the preparation of financial statements aligned with US public company reporting standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in the controllership area of a publicly traded company in the US (SEC registered), directly leading or supporting the accounting close under scrutiny. Strong knowledge of accounting closing routines, monthly/quarterly/annual closing processes, and reconciliations. Practical experience with SAP or similar large ERP systems.
