Client Relationship Specialist

Onboard customers and maintain ongoing communication to promote business growth. Create client expansion roadmaps and manage vendor allocations to meet SLAs. Serve as an escalation point for technical and service-based concerns, addressing issues efficiently. Develop weekly performance reporting templates including trend and root cause analysis.

Previous experience as an inside Account Manager with a mortgage lender or in an Operations environment is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of mortgage originations operations including lending, underwriting, and servicing is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under tight timelines are essential.
