Senior Credit Risk Manager, Amazon Payments

Define and own the end-to-end credit strategy across the customer lifecycle, setting strategic direction aligned with risk appetite and P&L targets. Own portfolio performance management, synthesizing insights to identify structural risks and translate them into strategic recommendations. Design the experimentation framework for credit decisioning and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive automation and scalability of decision-making systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Solid experience in credit risk, credit policy, or portfolio management in financial services or fintech. Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical tool (SAS, Python, or R). Deep expertise in credit underwriting and collections strategy in Latin American markets, particularly Brazil.
