Administer Microsoft Entra ID to manage access control and identity lifecycle processes across enterprise applications. Manage Microsoft Intune policies and application deployments for secure device management. Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, ensuring platform reliability and compliance. Develop Power Automate workflows and PowerShell scripts to automate IT processes and improve service delivery.

8+ years of experience in systems administration or enterprise IT operations, focusing on Microsoft 365 and cloud environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SAML/SSO integrations. Knowledge of certificate management and cloud-based DNS management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to operational issues outside regular business hours.
