Analista Sênior de Eficiência Operacional - Mercado Envios

Analyze the training process of employees across over 30 last-mile operations, both remotely and on-site as needed. Structure solutions to enhance training processes through mapping, proposing, monitoring, and collecting data connected to impact indicators. Lead multiple onboarding schedules and operational routines, ensuring effective communication between operations, technology, and corporate governance.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, Process Management, or related fields. Knowledge in Logistics, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement is a plus, along with experience in data analysis using BigQuery, Looker Studio, and SQL. Availability to work in a hybrid model with regular visits to operations in the west and central-west of São Paulo.
