Identify and pursue sales opportunities for the Digicel+ Product Portfolio to new customers. Provide exceptional customer service and aftersales service by resolving customer complaints and queries. Accurately record all prospect information, sales appointments, and customer orders.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of three CXC CSEC subjects including English Language and a numerical subject. Previous sales experience with demonstrated success and experience in a customer service environment is an asset. Must possess good computer skills and knowledge of the Internet and applications.
