What You'll Do
Plan and monitor the operational capacity of Sort Centers on a weekly and daily basis, ensuring volume plans align with installed capacity. Identify and eliminate capacity gaps by comparing planned volumes versus capacity, working directly with execution teams to implement timely adjustments. Analyze deviations in critical planning assumptions and produce analyses that guide operational decisions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL. Experience in program or project management and defining program requirements using data and metrics. Experience in supply chain and stakeholder management.
