The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales while overseeing the client-agency relationship. This includes developing marketing strategies, handling client communications, leading creative teams (Copywriters, Designers), and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns.

Requirements

The ideal candidate needs extensive experience in client account management and email marketing, including leading marketing teams to deliver sales-focused campaigns. Key requirements include proven leadership success, high accountability, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with tools like Slack and Klaviyo, and availability during specified office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time).
