What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day execution of LBA's logistics operation, monitoring the live order pipeline and resolving carrier exceptions. Implement a structured daily pipeline monitoring routine to sustain OTIF and seller OTD metrics. Onboard new seller allies into LBA by managing a standardized end-to-end onboarding checklist and achieving zero unplanned SLA breaches during peak events.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations in e-commerce or similar environments. Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in carrier management and exception resolution, with advanced skills in data-based root cause analysis.
